ist ein Trainingskonzept, bei dem insbesondere Übungen für den Bauch, den Po und die Beine im Mittelpunkt stehen. Es wird das Ziel verfolgt, mit vielen verschiedenen Übungen für diese Muskelgruppen und der dadurch entstehenden hohen Anzahl an Wiederholungen die entsprechende Zielmuskulatur zu kräftigen, um diese dadurch zu straffen bzw. zu formen.
